I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist, mom, wife, sister and friend-but not in that order! I help people who have difficulties during and after birth related to anxiety and depression. I want you to be able to eat, sleep, go outside for walks and have the support you deserve to while you recover. It’s challenging figuring out care for a new baby, managing yourself and family members.
I’m a therapist because I love working with families and children. I have spent over 16 years providing counseling to families, conducting crisis intervention and supporting parents. I received my Masters of Social Work from Florida International University and my Bachelors from Florida A&M University. I am trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders with Post Partum Support International. I choose to work in social work because I believe we all deserve to heal from life’s difficulties.
